This used to be my favourite hotel in Jomtien and I have stayed here several times since 2017. However the hotel has become a russian colony, ironically in the middle of the gay district. Homophobia is extremely common in russia so it must be a chock to see all the action around lol. Because of the situation in Ukraine and it was russia which started the war, it’s very disturbing to see the crowds in Thailand. The staff is still very nice and the rooms are adequate for the price paid.

This was a really disappointing stay. Firstly, they advertise that they have a spa in the resort. When I asked where it was I was told it was “currently closed”- no other explanation offered but I wasn’t notified in advance and it looked shuttered up. The pools have only a few wooden loungers on them- no cushions are on them so a pretty uncomfortable experience lying on them. Staff were friendly but not very knowledgeable- they looked dumbfounded when I asked for any recommended restaurants in the area. Likewise when I asked how much laundry cost- they couldn’t answer. The room was spacious and adequate but in general I think you can get better for the price. And for any LGBTQ travellers- they advertise as being a hotel aimed at the LGBTQ community but all I saw was a hotel full of Russian families, so if you’re looking for a place to stay alongside other members of the LGBTQ community, you’re unlikely to find it here. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

Very clean. Excellent service. Friendly staff. Well located. Walking distance to the beach. 10 minutes by tuktuk to Pattaya walking street. Two outside swimming pool. Hotel provides Tuktuk available to go to the beach. Good breakfast buffet.

Pros: small, tranquil hotel, not too busy. Great location in terms of being near the beach, bars and some restaurants, but as it's right in the gay area, might not be to everyone's taste. Cons: the hotel is dated, our patio door didn't lock, and the water from the shower went into the sink area. I've never been in a hotel before where there is a price list detailing how much you will have to pay for things if they are found to be missing. I advised reception that slippers, a bean bag and a mini bar definitely weren't in our room to start with! Advice: get a room overlooking one of the pools, I think a room on the street side would be too noisy. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, not a great selection and no labels and the staff did not communicate at all, other than to take my food voucher off me (reception staff were nice). Omelettes are available, but I only found this out from another guest, as not communicated in any way. On one occasion the hot dogs and ham were cold which I pointed out to staff. Overall: The hotel offers a gift for 5 star reviews, but I would rather be honest. How much time do we actually spend in our hotel room. For the money, it's worth a stay.

Stayed here for six nights over the Christmas holidays. A very good hotel with an excellent room and facilities.Staff were very friendly and obliging. Close to the beach and all facilities.Breakfast and quality of coffee could be improved but would not stop us returning.
